Senolytics company Oisin Biotechnologies — anyone following their progress?
Oisin has been working on a gene therapy approach to clear senescent cells. Their fusogenix lipid nanoparticle delivery system looks promising in animal models. They're supposed to be moving toward human trials soon. Anyone have insider info or opinions on whether this approach will actually work in humans?

The targeted approach is smart — instead of broad senolytics that kill everything, they specifically target p16+ cells. Much cleaner.
I've been following them since their seed round. Progress has been slower than expected but the science is solid.
