Fisetin as a senolytic — protocol and experience

D

Following the Mayo Clinic dosing protocol: 20mg/kg for 2 consecutive days, repeated monthly. I've done 4 cycles now. Subjectively, I notice reduced joint stiffness for about 2 weeks after each cycle, and my inflammatory markers (hsCRP, IL-6) have trended down. No significant side effects besides mild GI discomfort on dosing days. Curious what others are experiencing.

The bioavailability of fisetin is terrible without lipid co-administration. Are you taking it with a fatty meal?

I tried this same protocol but with quercetin + dasatinib instead. Similar joint improvements but the side effects were more noticeable.

Has anyone seen actual senescent cell burden measured before/after? The subjective reports are nice but we need real data.
