GlycanAge test results — anyone else tracking glycan age?

K

Just got my GlycanAge results back: biological age 34 vs chronological age 41. I've been focused on reducing inflammation through diet (Mediterranean + time-restricted eating) and consistent zone 2 cardio. Has anyone else used GlycanAge? Curious how it compares to epigenetic clocks in terms of responsiveness to interventions.

GlycanAge is interesting because it responds to lifestyle changes faster than epigenetic clocks — usually within 3-6 months vs 6-12 months.

I tested 8 years younger on GlycanAge but only 2 years younger on TruAge. The discrepancy is confusing. Which is more accurate?
