My 6-month rapamycin experience — bloodwork included

E

I've been on 6mg weekly rapamycin for 6 months now under physician supervision. Sharing my full bloodwork panels (before/after), side effects I experienced, and subjective changes. The biggest surprise was the improvement in my inflammatory markers — hsCRP dropped from 2.1 to 0.4. Lipids moved in the wrong direction initially but stabilized by month 4. Happy to answer questions.

I had similar lipid issues in the first 3 months. My doctor added low-dose rosuvastatin and it resolved. Worth discussing with yours.

What dose schedule are you using? I've seen arguments for biweekly dosing being better for mTORC1 selectivity.

Your hsCRP drop is impressive. Did you change anything else during this period? Diet, exercise, sleep?

How are you sourcing your rapamycin? My PCP won't prescribe off-label.

This is great data. Would you mind sharing the actual lab values in a table? Makes it easier to compare.
