I think the stress resilience aspect is underrated. Hormesis is a real mechanism. But you don't need a $5k plunge — a cold shower works.

The research suggests that even 1 session per week provides significant mortality reduction. The dose-response curve flattens after 2-3 sessions.
GrimAge v2 is my preferred metric. It was specifically trained on mortality data rather than chronological age, which I think makes it more clinically relevant.
Grip strength is the single best predictor of all-cause mortality in older adults. Keep tracking that.
Two years of quarterly bloodwork is amazing commitment. What panels are you running? Just a basic metabolic + lipid, or more comprehensive?
